"The VCAA has revised the terms under which schools and educational
institutions may copy and communicate VCAA copyright works.

Provided that accurate source acknowledgement is made, schools and
educational institutions may now:

- copy VCAA copyright works in their entirety, or according to the portion
they require, for the educational, non-commercial purposes of the school or
educational institution
- ‘communicate’ (put online, email, electronically transmit or display
electronically) within secure (password protected) learning management
systems, VCAA copyright works (in their entirety, or according to the
portion they require) for the educational, non-commercial purposes of the
school or educational institution."
