[Year 12 SofDev] SD postmortem is done

Hi all. It's all over for another year of SD.

All in all, a challenging and fair paper. You have to wonder about B3, B5
and that unconventional DFD.

I'll have to do some research into worms: I'm still not really convinced!

I thought the stack and OSI questions were far better than the sample
questions led me to expect.

There was a pleasing weight given to algorithms, with gentle, brief touches
on the more tedious parts of the study design (e.g. legislation)

Feedback is welcome, as usual.
