Very Rough Timeline

2004 - McKinnon first ran a trial called Students at Centre

2006 - Trial expanded with 12 schools

2007 - Funding announced for ultranet in vic budget 2007-2008
	Original timeline:
            Q3 2007  Request for Tender released to the Market
            Q4 2007  Evaluation of Tender submissions
            Q1 2008  Contractor to begin the build of the Ultranet
            Q4 2008+ Initial deployment of the Ultranet to schools
            Q4 2010  All Victorian government schools access      
	Budget -$60.5m Ultranet over four years

May 2008 - Original tender closed with no appointment

June 2009 - CSG wins tender to implement ultranet
	Under the contract with CSG Services Pty Ltd the capital 
	build and construction of the Ultranet will be complete 
	by term three 2010 and cost $47.5 million. Including 
	project costs of the DEECD, the Ultranet will be delivered
	within the $60.5 million budget.

Late2010 - Ultranet to be deployed
