[Year 12 IT Apps] An access query question...

Hello Kent

if you've done something like [date1] - [date2] where these are fields, or a 
field and a control, then Access will give you an answer in days. You have 
to then convert the days into years (if that's what you want the answer to 
be in).

I can't remember if Access gives you a function to do this, but if not you 
can write your own in 'modules' and just reference it in the query; eg 
Days2Age([date1] - [date2]). Just remember to declare the function as 
'public'.
