that's my thought as well...
looking at some of the MP3 player options too, as we don't have any Macs in the school... is that an issue?
what have others found?

cheers

Using hand held PDA's, phones etc is a good idea. If the hand held is windows (and Apple I think ) and has wifi it can be connected to the wireless network. Getting files like pictures and movies off phones can be complex but having a few USB Bluetooth dongles are helpful. iPods are neat but I think you should not limit a school to Apple hardware - try to be elastic as possible.

I am looking at developing some resources for and using mobile technologies including phones, ipods etc.

Has anyone got some ideas with what I would need – thinking small scale, but will build up.

Thinking iPod, charger? What else?

Has anyone bought/leased mobile phones for use in the classroom

Any recommended outlets, any I should steer clear of???

Any thoughts or ideas would be most appreciated,

Cheers

Suz
