[Busmanagers] outstanding camp chargescases21

Hi All,
 
Hoping that some bright spark may be able to enlighten me regarding
outstanding charges
 
I am looking for 1 report to give to teachers  saying what is owed on a
camp by students.
 
Charges by charge type gives the invoiced amount  plus all the receipts
but doesnt say what is owing 
This report is probably ok if parents payoff the full amount all at
once, but at my school they don't,    parents at our school pay $5
installments,, so I have a zillion $5 payments all not tallied up , it's
then a matter of adding all the payments per student and subtracting it
from the invoiced amount... i find this lengthy
 
any help here on how other schools handle multiple camp payment tracking
would be appreciated
