[Busmanagers] Petty Cash Reimbursements via Quickline Funds Transfer

Do any schools out there reimburse petty cash to their staff via Funds
Transfer on Quickline?

 

I would be interested to know if this works successfully, and how I
would go about making the change from cheque reimbursement to
electronic.  

 

Are there specific forms for the recording of bank account details for
staff members?

 

Is School Council approval required before commencing electronic funds
transfer for petty cash reimbursements (we already use Quickline to pay
local payroll)?
