[Busmanagers] CRTs

[Beverin, Grace L]

Can someone please clarify the minimum number of hours that a CRT can
work.  I thought we had to employ them for a minimum of 3 hours but we
have had a CRT state that she should be employed for a minimum of 4
hours.
