Hello

 

I have a Department of Education & Training - Salaries for Casual Relief
Teachers in Victorian Government Schools stating the hourly rate of
$35.04 effective from 11 December 2005 which states Casual relief
teachers are entitled to a minimum payment of three hours in respect of
employment on any one day.  This was published August 2004.   This is
our local payroll information and rates.

 

I have a feeling that the employment agencies have a minimum of 4 hours
though.

Can someone please clarify the minimum number of hours that a CRT can
work.  I thought we had to employ them for a minimum of 3 hours but we
have had a CRT state that she should be employed for a minimum of 4
hours.
