[Busmanagers] Outstanding Purchase Order

I have an purchase order which is appearing as outstanding on the sub
program transaction report and also in the Deliveries Awaiting Invoice
Report.  However I have paid the invoice and (to the best of my
knowledge) trucked in the order.  However when I go into Deliver or
Cancel Orders the creditor and order do not appear.  As the outstanding
amount is for computers worth over $7000 it is creating problems
regarding how much money is left in the particular sub program. 

Can someone tell me what I should be doing to get rid of this order if I
can't use the Deliver or Cancel Orders?
