[Busmanagers] OVERPAYMENT LETTER

The Overpayment manual referred to by Sandy is now the Overpayments page
on HRWeb at
http://www.eduweb.vic.gov.au/hrweb/employcond/salary/opay.htm 

All the content went through a thorough updating process last year.  I
have checked and can find no reference to any other version of the
overpayment letter.  Can you advise me (preferably by direct email
rather than through the mail list) who in HR gave you the advice?  I
will then check with them what they mean.

I have a ceased staff member who has a large overpayment.

I have sent two standard letters and have received no response.

HRMS have told me to send a third letter which is different to the
standard letter but I can't seem to find this on HR web.

Can anyone tell me where it is.
