what brilliant timing! I have just extricated myself from an overpayment situation. All the questions you never wanted to ask can be answered by trawling through the "Overpayment Management and Recovery Manual". As far as I know there isn't a third letter, suggest you send a copy of previous correspondence with appropriate gentle reminder.

I have a ceased staff member who has a large overpayment.

I have sent two standard letters and have received no response.

HRMS have told me to send a third letter which is different to the standard letter but I can't seem to find this on HR web.

Can anyone tell me where it is.
