[Busmanagers] Direct deposit for creditors and payroll

Before you even go over to DD, give all on the local payroll a deadline 
date to get their banking details to you with the proviso that if you 
haven't got it, you can't pay them.  I had no trouble at all.  You really 
don't want to do two batches, cheques and DD otherwise your wasting you 
time and defeating the purpose.
