[Busmanagers] TELEPHONE BILLS

Is any one who has been changed over to Optus for land lines noticed
that bills are not any cheaper?   On investigations I have found that:

Line Rental's have doubled

Now being charged for Directory assistance (44 cents per call) (The
previously free service)

 

It was touted as saving us all heaps of money.  I haven't seen any
difference.  

Does anyone know who we email to voice our dissatisfaction.
