Hoping you guys can see the attachments..(there are 2 zip files & 1 Excel 2007 doc)
Here is the latest version of the planning tools currently being developed by this little black duck. Also, is a spreadsheet with matching headings...
Again, if others would like to comment, add, modify suitably and perhaps email me directly with feedback, improvements etc or just to say thanks.. that'd be great.
I am happy to submit these for others to use but like we all know, we each do it for our own environment!
Feedback is desired and welcomed by me from anyone who chooses to use my formats...(feel free to put together your own course using my format and email it to me for a squiz...I'm always curious what other IT 'ers are up to so I can try keeping up.
I got in yesterday to pleasantly find we are now upgraded to the latest office and Adobe (cs4) full versions...
great!
Now to just get my laptop upgraded for the software to keep up! Looks like another learning curve to start...
Cheers,
Kent.

the spreadsheet file i mentioned a few weeks ago is now uploaded.
digital signing ended up not being the solution - would have needed to seperate code file from data file ...so there are suitable qualifications in the blog post

[this a is a very truncated version of a system i was working on last year ...won't have much time to respond to suggestions etc...but may be useful as is]

hi all
(vic teachers only!)
few years ago i made a VELS auditing spreadsheet ...used macros to put VELS on one page and give a visual record of coverage ...seemed to get quite well used when i put it on the web for free download)
i've got a new version ready to go ...does a bit more
i was just about to upload it but then thought i'd work out how to digitally sign it so the macro security thing is less of an issue ..not that its been a problem ... but i don't feel comfortable saying 'turn macro security right down'
that aside, i'd be quite interested in the meantime in gauging if there is much interest in the tool though
