[Yr11 Information Technology] Developing SAC's

Hi Natalie.  If a year 11 of mine went to the trouble of reading the study
design and independently worked on a possible solution before a SAC was even
given, I reckon they'd *deserve* bonus points, but such a rare beast
probably wouldn't be the type who needed bonus points! They would already be
A+ material.
