By now, some are probably thinking, Kent, get off the net and go get some sunlight...you are probably right, and I shall do that...soon!
 
About the current email, for Damien,
from memory, Rupert Russell's site at the Ballarat campus of the ACU has lots of useful links and tutes etc, cant remember the address right now but a quick net search will probably solve that.
Also, dont discount the official Microsoft help site, it can surprise with what it actually has on it!
 
Alternatively, just do a web search and type in the software name(use the version too, it often helps) followed by the word tutorials 
eg MS-Access Tutorials etc, and see how that goes. Usually plenty of choices and worksheets can be found online!

In the past we have used "Practice IT" for Middle Secondary by Greg Bowden
and Kerryn Maguire
