Claire,
The first link goes to an Elluminate webpage which tells me the recording has been deleted.
The full message is: " Error, An error occured while processing the request. The recording is not accessible because it has been deleted."

Hi Glenn,
There is a recording of the last session on exams:(to quote!):
This is a link to a recording of our first session held on Tuesday May 18th, in which teachers discussed the VCAA sample exam questions issued as a guide to the new course.

Not too sure of the technical issues, but most people seem to be fine once they upgrade Java.
Once you are actually on, it's really straight forward, so I hope you can get it working!
Have you looked at the tech support info:
http://www.education.vic.gov.au/researchinnovation/virtualconferencecentre/use/start.htm
I have a 3 year old DEECD laptop and did not have to upgrade Java, so maybe you can try laptop?
For everyone - you do not necessarily have to sign up for tomorrow nights session, just access the link at http://guidetoinnovation.ning.com/events
I will send out the details at this link as a reminder tomorrow.
Cheers
Claire
