[vet-mm] query about fees

I think this is true but I'm not 100% sure. I know of someone who
completed an advanced diploma last year in Live Production & Sound
Engineering, and now wants to undertake an apprenticeship. He was told
by the University of Ballarat that he will have to pay full fees for his
trade school training because of his study last year. The University
said that if he had failed, then he would not have had to pay full
fees!

Hi all, 
I have a student who approached me to ask if it were true that if she
completed Cert III at school in IDM, then she enrolled in another Cert
III in a different area, she would have to pay full fees for the second
Cert III.
 I don't know anything about this, but wonder if anyone out there can
advise me?
