Thanks Kent, sounds good.

Actually it is as easy as a phone call to the subject association EO to
discuss what the needs are. They are often best placed to help out, identify
the resources needed or at least know who to ask.

I will pass on your notes below but give them a call to get the ball
rolling. :-)
