[vet-it] work tasks

I am wondering what are the best tasks to use in my situation. I am
teaching cert II and III at the same time.

If I use 2 portfolio tasks  then I could use smaller tasks and teach
units in a more stand alone manner which I would prefer.

Reading the docs  it says a portfolio takes about 15 hours. Do I
assume a whole lot of work initially and then submit the  port folio
at the end of a few weeks? I just thought students work on assessment
tasks from day 1
