Attention all teachers (apologies for the crossposts)
The Victorian Information Technology Association is pleased to announce that
student registrations for the 2008 ICT Achievers program are now open!
The Program - 20 enthusiastic ICT minded Year 11 students will have the
opportunity to work alongside industry professionals to draw upon their
experience and knowledge and gain insight into the diversity of ICT careers.
The program provides a more rewarding experience than traditional work
experience due to the students' higher ICT skill set and the active
involvement of mentors.
The ICT Achievers industry placement will take place between March and
November 2008.
Mentors - Mentors are from a wide variety of industries and include:

The Games Developers Association of Australia
Swinburne University – Centre for Astrophysics and Supercomputing
