Hi Jim,
I believe students who have completed 1 & 2 this year can continue with
the old 3 & 4 sequence or they can transfer to the new course.
I attended a workshop last week and apparently they will run two
separate exams next year one for the old course and one for the new
course.
Hope this helps.

Subject: [vet-it] New course
Hi all,
I've just been trying to work out how to write a VET IT course in
Software Appliactions and I must admit I'm confused. Has anyone out
there worked out the following:
1. What students who have done units 1 & 2 last year or this year will
need to do to complete their unit 3 & 4 next year.
2. A sample program that gives the students a 1 to 4 unit sequence over
the next two years that satisfies the VCE course.
I am hoping that somebody has already sat down and worked out the
sequence of units for both cases. I am trying to work out a timeline for
next year and would be happy to share my completed timeline if somebody
could just tell what units will be required to make up the courses.
Thanking you in advance
Jim
