[Textiles and Technology] couple of quesitons

Hi,
I have a couple of questions I'm hoping to get clarified. I'm currently teaching yr 12 Product Design and Technology- Fibres/Textiles. I know that the SAT Folio's and products need to be kept till the end of November as they could be requested for review purposes. However my question is, do student SAC tasks also need to be kept or can I hand them back?

Also, a couple of my students are putting together a Top Design application and they can't fit the 10 required items into the requested 10 pages. The problem is that the Design option and matrix goes over two pages. Can they reduce these two pages and have them treated as one or should they just submit 10 pages with the decision matrix missing?
