Ladies & Gentlemen,

 

For those schools participating in REA programs we can now offer access to CATIA for free via the Dassault Systems 3D Experience Platform. If you want to have access to the best CAD/CAM/CAE tools in the world, this is your chance!!!

 

The 3D Experience platform facilitates access to 3D design and VR tools which provide students with the capacity to use the same design tools from K-12 and directly into a career. We at REA call it Life-Long STEM education.

 

CATIA is the product being used for Future Submarine project, by Toyota and by the seven F1 in Schools World Champions teams we have produced.

 

Unfortunately the bureaucracy of NSW education has limited REA’s capacity to offer technology to NSW Public schools. 

No issue with non-public schools or schools in any other State in Australia.

The comments I’ve heard are that it wont affect the free for education status of Onshape.

 

PCT have a history of providing free for education 3D modelling. Perhaps it will help to improve Creo.
