yes - I agree with all these sentiments BUT.....

(and side note - you all need to watch Moneyball)!

I don't think we are nailing what the problem is here. Yes absolutely more
skilled / trained IT teachers would be great - but the reality is that this
is not happening.

Instead - we need to address what we are faced with. Roland - I'm happy to
convene a panel at the conference on this?
