Hi,
A problem with VB.Net Projects is that the Group Box Line Border will default to a specific colour, and there is no Property on this item to change Border Color.

In this week's free video lesson we solve this problem by making our own custom Group Box and save it into the VB.net Toolbox by creating a "Class" called "myGroupBox.vb" and adding the required coding.
The skills learned in this lesson will be invaluable to students in the U4O1 Application they are building for their SAT Project.
The presenter of the lesson is a slow talker so we recommend you use the YouTube "Tools Cog" on the player bar to watch it at a speed of 1.5x or even 1.75x.
In the Video description there is also a link to some FREE printed instructions and materials for those teachers and students who prefer written materials and would like to skip having to watch the video.

There are many more videos on Visual Basic and MS-Access on my Channel,
and I add a new video every week or two.

so subscribe to the Channel so you don't miss any updates.
Enjoy,
