[Year 12 SofDev] Keeping records - how long?

Do we need to keep our records for a specific number of years?
I'm thinking about the Authentication Record Form for instance which has the 8 observations that the students and I sign.
If you are not audited, should you keep the forms for a certain time in case an audit occurs later?
