Hi Mary,
Firstly - thanks Darren - your feedback and kind words are much appreciated! It has been a long development process, but I have now come through three drafts and a professional edit to the point that the book is basically ready. I should be able to make the eBook available for sale in the next week. The print version will likely be mid-January, but I am planning to send a three chapter mini eBook to all those that have ordered the print version so that they can start some holiday reading.
Mary - have I added you to my dropbox folder?

Is the book to be released in January, do we have a date yet? I wanted to set them off with some holiday reading and to complete the questions too  but was unsure of the release date.
