I made a booking for 12 students and two teachers for software, I did this on the one booking form and included this in the comments, is this satisfactory or do you require one for each individual?

Students studying VCE IT Applications or VCE Software Development are invited to attend an exam preparation session at Swinburne’s Hawthorn campus.  Each session will be presented by an experienced VCE IT teacher and will focus on specific areas of the IT Applications and Software Development curriculum.
Students will also receive general advice on exam preparation.  These sessions are free of charge and are limited to the first 100 students for each session.

We have confirmed the following facilitators:

IT Applications
Wednesday 15 October - 5:30-7:00pm
Anthony Sullivan (The Peninsula School)

Software Development
Thursday 16 October - 5:30-7:00pm
Kevork Krozian (Ringwood Secondary College)
