[Year 12 SofDev] ipad as an extra tool

I don't see it as a replacement for a coding platform. We do use them to have instructions or workbooks on them electronically and do the coding on the desktop or laptop machines. We are 100% an iPad school so are adapting to a variety of flexible uses of this 'tool'. Mirroring on the TV is also a cool use....no wires!..for teaching use.

Hi Tony (at I.G.S ?)
Only reasonable use would be as the platform for which you are developing the s/w
& this is more applic to android as it is easier to put on device

Hi guys:
I am not sure if this is the right place to post, but I have a question regarding use of ipad or any tablet electronics device in classroom.
could anyone think of a reason as to why we would need to use an ipad in either junior or senior IT classes, i mean is there any reason or situation where the tasks can not be achieved by using laptop in IT classroom, or perhaps is there any ipad apps that is excellent and it is not available in PC.
any answer on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,
Tony Shen
