[Year 12 SofDev] A correction

When Kevork posted recently about SD U4O1 being a prototype, I mentioned to
him off-list that I didn't think it was meant to be a prototype.
In fact, it IS described in the study design as a prototype and I got it
wrong, and Kevork apologised to the list unnecessarily for his correct
statement.

SD U4O1 is indeed a prototype, but it does require validation and an
interface, which U3O2 did not require: this is why I wrongly thought it was
not a prototype.  Dumb.  I  should've checked first.

My apologies to Kevork for my inaccurate information. I think I owe him
several crates of champagne in compensation by now...
