[Year 12 SofDev] SD exam - C14a

I've always treated "user acceptance testing" as end-user testing, and
"acceptance testing" as client testing.
In my research I've found the two terms used freely in different contexts.
In this case, the following question C14b seems to explicitly aim at
end-user acceptance, which hints that c14a is client acceptance.
This is the problem with an exam testing knowledge of terms that are not in
the glossary, and are not always industry-standards.
