[Year 12 SofDev] SD 2012 post mortem

Hi all. The discussion of the SD paper has been very quiet!  Does that mean
everyone is pleased with it?

Overall, I think it was a good paper.  Well balanced, challenging and
thought-provoking without being unclear.
