I believe this "structure and formatting of I/O" topic broke out about this
time last year, much like psoriasis and cold sores do.
It's still not very clear what VCAA has in mind as being relevant in this
KK.  It's so easy to put things (e.g. dropdown lists, random files) in
where VCAA did not intend them to be.

I'm working on a personal view of what it means, but sometimes I feel like
a first-century disciple interpreting a biblical parable  :-)
