Question C9
It must be big enough to let the parking officer "enter the car's *number
plate* into their mobile phones."
That means their mobile phone must be about 30cm long and 12 cm wide. And
they'd need a good set of screw drivers to get the plates off the cars.
Or perhaps the examiners meant to say the parking officers entered the
car's registration *number* into their mobile phones."
Nah. I prefer my mental image of an A4-sized mobile phone with a number
plate sticking out of it...
