[Year 12 SofDev] SRS operating environment + standard SRS

I must admit I agree with all of you. I have been trying to get my head around how much detail is needed, both with the SRS and the Use Case. I am also four periods into the outcome thinking I would have it finished in five and the students will need at least two more to do a thorough job.

Templates for both should be provided for next year's groups so that there is a consistent approach. It would be good to have them this year so that exam questions can be organised around a common ground as well.
