[Year 12 SofDev] Physical Layer

My 2.2 cents' worth is that regardless of the truth of the "relationship of
the physical layer to the Transmission Control
Protocol/Internet Protocol model" part of the KK (no Kevork, I mean "Key
Knowledge"), it's far too esoteric to belong in a study design for VCE
students.

How can that dotpoint - which has university graduates arguing
*minute*technical engineering complexities - compare with the next
one:
"appropriateness of interviews, surveys and observation as methods of
collecting data to determine needs and requirements" ?

It's like Stephen Hawking appearing on Playschool.
