[Year 12 SofDev] org and system goals

Nope. Not there. They are listed in the suggested learning activities
for SD and, IMHO, they give a context to lots of issues (See Claudia's
and Mark's latest discussions). Like Mark, I don't see them there
either.

 I have noticed that a few of them have questions relating to
organisational and system goals and objectives. I can*t find any
reference to these in the study design.
Are these a given that should be covered or are they a hangover from the
