[Year 12 SofDev] Non-Functional requirements - SRS

Both functional and non-functional specs could be made specific enough to
qualify as objectives. Instead of "fast" you could specify "Fast enough to
process a day's worth of invoices in 10 minutes".

Maybe I misinterpreted you.  Were you wondering whether SRS statements
should be formulated as objectives rather than goals?
