[Year 12 SofDev] PHP - worked sample - tix

Attached is a worked sample of a program which takes posted data and 
generates a message to the user. It has two includes -- a header and a 
footer -- plus css. The program then appends to an external file.

Internal comments acknowledge the both Kevork Krozian and Greg Durkin.
