[Year 12 SofDev] cases21

We use Finder here, but I'm not that impressed with it. It is a Windows
front end connected to a server managed database. The client is not
supported by Mac, but runs OK under wine in Linux. Whilst it is good at
tracking students its biggest downfall is that it has a single
developer. Far too much risk in that model I believe.
