[Offtopic] Photocopying and printing contracts for schools

Hi Folks,

 We are at the start of a review of how we contract our photocopying and printing service for our school.
We are especially keen to hear from any school that has investigated options, companies and what terms they have agreed with any companies ( Canon, Ricoh etc ).
We are also keen to look at any software that has managed the cost recovery ( we currently use Equitrac ) and use Novell as our primary student network operating system. 

 Any and all responses welcome including copies of agreements ( remove names to protect the innocent if you like ! )
