[Moodle] The Ultranet makes the Herald Sun

Interesting to read .. "The original vision was sound" .. when in fact it is
getting smaller and smaller with each tender cycle. Rather like the air
slowly escaping from a balloon. I have to agree, only foreign own firms were
considered and a centralist approach will have issues.
