[Moodle] Moodle permissions: student front page editors

Hi Laurie,
1.9 has the ability to assign roles to the front page. Choose this
from the Site Administration menu, under Front Page. You could start
by assigning these students to the front page, then using the over
rides to expand/limit their activities.
