[Moodle] Netpublish and Outpublish

Has anybody tried using the Moodle Netpublish or Outpublish modules?

I understand thit it can

"allow teachers to allocate pages to students (or

then work through a simple workflow (draft-edit-publish) before final
publishing in the Moodle course. An extra module (outpublish) also allows
external publishing - ie so outsiders can see content without logging in. It
has the benefit of preventing pages being overwritten by other students or
by simultaneous editing (assuming allocations are set up correctly)."

Sounds like an interesting thing to try out once we finish bedding down all
the changes from our 1.6 upgrade.
