Hi Michael and others,

I must hasten to point out that I was not the only author.

I dare say that after content is shifted from chapter to chapter as
duplication is eliminated and chapters are edited by Cengage, it may end up
being hard to recognise which bits I wrote, but I know I didn't cover
normalisation.
