[Year 12 IT Apps] User guide/documentation for U401 advice

Hi Damien,

I hadn't thought of Screencast-o-matic although we've made enough of them
for our staff (how do I save an email attachment again?!). Combined with a
storyboard and outline that should cover the points nicely.
