This is the perennial locksmith versus burglar problem.

The locksmith, in this case the IT teacher, works out all the best ways to 
lock things up and the burglars, in this case the students, find all the 
ways to work around this.

So the locksmith. . . .

We must be on guard all the time. Continually finding new ways to ensure the 
security needed.
