Mark I thought the outcome of the discussion was so long as html and css were coded by students then it met the criteria??

Has there been any definitive absolutely no CMS statement from VCAA? I couldn't find it.

As I said earlier though I think the approach is ill advised from a logistical standpoint irrespective of a VCAA ruling

Thinking to 2014 301 SAC. Are kids allowed to use a CMS like Joomla and have it hosted locally using easyphp or similar?
It would certainly make for more interesting student websites.
